Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Canada, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We are hiring a Growth Manager to join the Retail Growth team at PSA. This team is responsible for scaling the grading, vault and consignment businesses.

This high-visibility role will influence all areas of the PSA retail business. The ideal candidate takes ownership, solves problems, and drives results while working with multiple stakeholders. They should have strong knowledge of growth strategies, with expertise in product-led growth, growth marketing, or pricing/monetization. Intellectual curiosity is essential, and experience in the collectibles industry or D2C eCommerce is a plus.

You’ll report to the Head of Growth -  Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered (and are preferably within a commutable distance from our office headquarters in Santa Ana, CA).

What you’ll do:

  • Lead growth initiatives that create value for our customers and the business. Partner with product, marketing, sales and data teams to drive these efforts and deliver results.
  • Take an experimental approach to scaling existing and new business lines. Leverage data to create hypotheses, design and run tests, evaluate results, and iterate to success.
  • Obsess over the customer experience to identify new opportunities, synthesize insights and make recommendations to stakeholders
  • Conduct research on market trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant product, marketing or consulting role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented
  • Self-starter and natural problem solver that thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Capable of managing ambiguity, simplifying complex problems, and coming up with creative solutions

Salary Range: 

The salary range for this position is $105,611 - $171,462. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
