Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and visionary Growth Manager, EdTech to join our dynamic team at Constructor Technology. This role will focus on scaling our education technology products, solutions, and research platforms across multiple segments including Higher Education, K-12 Schools, Corporate Learning, and Professional Athlete Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing growth strategies, building a strong pipeline of partnerships, and driving sales to establish Constructor Technology as a leader in the EdTech space.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our influence within the education sector by leveraging our cutting-edge technology and research solutions to improve learning outcomes, educational delivery, and workforce development. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the Higher EducationK-12 SchoolsCorporate Learning, and Professional Athlete Education sectors, including universities, school districts, edtech providers, and organizations focused on workforce development.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to build a strong, diverse pipeline of potential clients, partners, and opportunities.
  • Research and identify emerging trends in the education sector, including advances in learning technology, personalized learning, AI in education, and workforce training, to keep Constructor Technology at the forefront of innovation.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the EdTech ecosystem, including education institutions, corporate partners, government bodies, and industry associations, to expand the reach of our solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Promote and sell Constructor Technology’s EdTech products and services, including advanced research platforms and AI-driven educational solutions, to schools, universities, corporate learning departments, and professional athlete programs.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
  • Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of diverse educational institutions and corporate clients, highlighting how our technologies align with their objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring that revenue growth is consistent across all education verticals, including K-12, Higher Ed, and corporate learning.
  • Develop sales forecasting and pipeline strategies to align with market demand and maximize revenue opportunities.

Relationship Management & Client Success:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners, ensuring the adoption and successful implementation of our EdTech solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, offer tailored support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent Constructor Technology at industry conferencesEdTech summits, and client meetings, promoting our value propositions and fostering new business opportunities.
  • Ensure clients are fully supported and realize the potential of our solutions, aiming for continued partnerships and expansion.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment:

  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure that our EdTech offerings are aligned with market needs and trends, and evolve in line with new advancements in education technology.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns that resonate with decision-makers in the education sector, from K-12 leaders to corporate training managers.
  • Track and report sales performance and market feedback, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimize growth strategies and improve product offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B sales and business development, with a focus on the EdTechHigher Education, or Corporate Training sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape, including trends in personalized learning, data-driven education, AI in learning platforms, and emerging technologies in K-12 and Higher Education.
  • Experience with corporate learning solutionsprofessional development programs, or athlete education, and a deep understanding of workforce learning and development needs.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies and a proven track record of building sales pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and influence stakeholders across multiple education sectors.
  • results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the USA to meet with clients, attend conferences, and establish relationships in key markets.
