The Sales Productivity team delivers time-saving solutions, insights tools and new AI-driven solutions, and has a wide remit and appetite for innovation that help sellers, from SMBs to Enterprise, get more efficient and effective in their roles at driving performance and revenue. Success will be measured by shifting time away from non-client-facing activities and giving sellers the greatest gift: more time with the client.  We’re continually evolving our products to meet the wide-ranging needs of our sales team. You will lead the Sales Productivity product team within the monetization org and drive a cross-functional effort to develop new solutions that leverage AI and optimize workflows that surface account-growth opportunities, present pitch recommendations, and reduce manual tasks. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team to simplify account management, ensuring sellers can focus on driving results. Your success depends on deeply understanding seller needs, partnering effectively across teams, and championing an aligned roadmap.

What you’ll do:

  • Expand our Sales Productivity tooling suite by leveraging automation and AI innovations.
  • Lead product vision, strategy, technical development, and execution for features that highlight account-growth opportunities, deliver pitch recommendations, and streamline seller operations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of seller workflows, pain points, and areas for efficiency across roles and geographies.
  • Translate insights into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, research, and other product teams to drive measurable impact.
  • Communicate your strategy internally to ensure alignment, secure resources, and champion the roadmap’s vision.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ads experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to guide decisions and optimize workflows.
  • Track record of rapidly delivering user-focused solutions in a cross-functional setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Relocation Statement:

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
