  • Get buy-in for long-term product investments, driving every stage of product delivery from ideation to enablement and adoption.
  • Track and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics for the care delivery and practice management domains.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering leadership to manage organizational change and adopt best practices.
  • Motivate, coach, and supervise a team of Product Managers to reach their goals and achieve deliverables.

Who you are:

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in product management within healthcare, insurance, education, or a similar highly regulated industry

  • You possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization.
  • You epitomize an experimentation mindset, centered in hypothesis thinking and rapid experimentation.
  • You are adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management.
  • You have a history of balancing qualitative and quantitative data against intuition in product decision-making and successes.
  • You value a culture of inclusion and empathy.
  • You feel a passion for Alma's mission – to improve the experience of therapy for providers and their clients and simplify access to care.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
