About Us

We’re a fast-moving, mission-driven team building the future of user-owned AI and Web3. Our work sits at the intersection of decentralization, data sovereignty, and intelligent systems—and we’re looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to help bring our brand and communication to life across all channels.

The Role

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications with 5+ years of experience to lead the design of visual assets across marketing, partnerships, and developer communications. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a critical part in shaping our brand’s presence across social media, product documentation, partner materials, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling visuals for social media posts, product updates, community announcements, and brand campaigns.

• Create presentations, pitch decks, and co-branded assets for ecosystem partners and strategic collaborators.

• Support the visual design of developer documentation, technical explainers, and onboarding guides.

• Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints and help evolve our visual brand system.

• Take ownership of projects from concept through execution, working closely with marketing, product, and community teams.

• Incorporate feedback quickly from multiple stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity and momentum.

• Manage timelines independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced, async-friendly environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across marketing and communications.

• Deep understanding of design principles across both digital and print mediums.

• Prior experience in Web3, crypto, or emerging tech spaces strongly preferred.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), etc.

• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who thrives working independently—but also values collaboration and clear direction.

• Able to interpret and translate technical ideas into accessible, engaging visuals.

• Comfortable working remote across time zones and within a dynamic, fast-moving team.

Nice to Have

• Motion design, basic video editing, or experience with animation tools.

• Experience creating design systems or contributing to brand guidelines.

• Familiarity with developer ecosystems, open-source communities, or technical documentation.
