Are you a dynamic marketer with a passion for driving impactful campaigns and connecting with diverse audiences? We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support our Global Accounts! You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives that deliver results and grow our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with sales: Work with Regional Directors (RDs) and Global Account Managers (GAMs) to uncover new buying opportunities, deliver account mapping, enrichment data, enablement and actionable insights.
- Program build and execution: Design and execute campaigns, build custom landing pages, create and execute wrap around programs for key events and campaigns in a box that contribute to pipeline and revenue goals, increase customer engagement and support high-priority accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Geo marketing leads, partner and product marketing, and campaigns teams to increase engagement in global accounts through regional, global and always on marketing programs and events.
- Events: Organize and execute high-impact, customer-focused events to build engagement including bespoke webinars, in account workshops and executive and industry round tables.
- Effective communication: Clearly communicate and enable account teams including, sales, SDRs and leadership on programs, goals, progress, results and actionable insights to ensure success of accounts.
- Metrics for success: Analyze and report on the impact of your marketing programs, evaluate KPIs and optimize the programs based on insights and key learnings to drive continuous improvement.
What will help you succeed
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, with expertise in field marketing and demand generation.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to craft and execute successful campaigns and events.
- Project Management: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical Approach: Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to make strategic decisions and evaluate marketing performance.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required for events and customer engagements.
