Getty Images is looking for a Benefits Specialist for its global benefits team. You will help to deliver outstanding employee engagement through administering benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, retirement and pension schemes.

What You Will Do:

  • As primary owner of AMER (US, Canada and Latin America) benefit plan implementation and administration, you will understand the business and our employee benefit needs so that you can help drive benefit plan design improvements and employee engagement. You will also be the trained back up for various Europe and Asia-Pacific administrative tasks.
  • Own and constantly look for opportunities to streamline benefits administration processes. 
  • Own day-to-day third-party vendor relationships, including vendor management to agreed-upon KPIs, performance guarantees and contract adherence. Drive for effective processes and the best possible service delivery. 
  • In partnership with other team members and external vendors you will ensure that employee benefit and 401(k)retirement plans are delivered in accordance with plan specifications and compliance requirements. 
  • Update and maintain management reporting dashboards related to plan utilizations, trends and any identified employee and/or vendor issues 
  • Respond to and manage escalated employee questions to full resolution related to claims issues, plan eligibility, and life event changes and assist with new-hire orientations while continuously and proactively gathering their feedback and reporting on trends needed for continuous plan improvement. 
  • Own, develop and ensure employee benefits communication channels are up to date, including developing and delivering open enrollment materials 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams to manage disability and country specific leave processes with attention to continuous process and policy improvement. 
  • Independently evaluate, schedule and project manage multiple administrative compliance activities including internal and external audits, open enrollment and benefit plan renewal activities including determining participant eligibility
  • Ensure on an ongoing basis all HR Systems benefits configurations are up to date to meet enrollment specifications and vendor feed requirements. 
  • Produce reports for invoice and budgeting requirements 
  • Assist with various other projects and related benefit plan projects across the whole Human Resources function.

What You Will Need:

  • Demonstrated ability working in Benefits Administration and/or Human Resources 
  • Knowledge of HR systems, benefits, and reporting modules strongly preferred (Workday a plus)
  • Excellent organization, written and verbal skills 
  • Proficient in Excel 
  • Good judgment and ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with global partners 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust quickly to shifting priorities 
  • Ability to problem-solve and introduce process improvements 
  • High awareness of and respect for critical and confidential Human Resources data 
  • CEBS preferred
