What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is looking for highly motivated and customer-focused interns to join our Customer Success team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global cybersecurity company. As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement by supporting initiatives that enhance the customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how SentinelOne builds lasting relationships with customers, provides value-driven solutions, and drives adoption of cutting-edge AI-driven cybersecurity technology. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and helping customers succeed, this internship will provide meaningful exposure and professional growth.

What will you do?

  • Contribute to real-world projects that align with your interests and SentinelOne’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry experts to explore innovative solutions.
  • Participate in mentorship programs, career development workshops, and networking events to support your growth.
  • Gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity, technology, or business strategies.
  • Present your work, research, or project outcomes to stakeholders at the end of your internship.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

We encourage applicants from all academic and professional backgrounds, including those who may not have traditional cybersecurity or tech experience but are eager to learn. Some key qualifications include:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in any field related to technology, business, marketing, or cybersecurity, with an expected graduation date of 2026. 
  • Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, AI-driven technology, and protecting digital landscapes.
  • Passion for technology, sales, and business development
  • Experience with sales tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
