About Worlds
Worlds is a new remote-first studio from former veterans of Epic Games.
Founded in 2022 and backed by Griffin Gaming Partners (investors in Scopely, Marvel Snap, Frostgiant), we're pushing the limits of Unreal Engine to create PC titles defined by novel mechanics and graphical excellence.
Role:
As Game Designer you will contribute directly to tuning, balancing, and overall gameplay strategy for a UE5 first-person shooter (FPS) title currently in production
Responsibilities:

Work directly with Design Director to implement and tune gameplay features and balance in Unreal Engine

Contribute to game design documentation and facilitate handoffs with engineering and art team

Use player telemetry, and playtest feedback to make informed design decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Professional game design experience on an Unreal Engine title that shipped

Experience working on a multiplayer title

Experience or passion for FPS games
