Boulevard’s engineering teams have an exciting imperative to build world-class customer experiences that power the next generation of salons and spas to enable everyone to look and feel their best. We are hiring multiple fullstack engineers from the senior to staff level. Through our interview process, we will assess a candidate's level and technical expertise to determine the best team fit.
Each team at Boulevard owns a specific domain, such as onboarding, payments, customer experiences, or Salesforce platform customization. Expect to work in an environment utilizing Elixir (experience not required!), Postgres, GraphQL, React, Typescript, AWS, and Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations.

The ideal candidate has a commitment to building great customer experiences and strong ownership from inception to deployment and beyond. Working closely with the Product Manager, Designer, and Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in building exceptional products and achieving significant outcomes. Your dedication to developing scalable, performant, and maintainable systems goes hand in hand with creating a motivating environment for everyone to excel in their work.
What you’ll do here:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions to drive business outcomes, including designing scalable Apex-based systems, building Lightning Components, and implementing third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue operations and order-to-cash workflows at scale, leveraging Salesforce to optimize billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Partner closely with teams responsible for payment systems, including integrating Stripe for seamless transaction handling and financial operations.
What you’ll need to thrive:
- 5+ years of experience developing and administering Salesforce solutions at scale, including proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools like Flows.
- Expertise with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and platform optimization.
- Strong understanding of Stripe payment systems and experience in integrating and managing financial workflows, including invoicing, billing, and subscription management.
- Proven experience supporting revenue operations or order-to-cash processes, ensuring seamless automation and scalability of financial systems.
- Track record of leading and delivering complex projects by partnering with others to define and scope smaller deliverables that yield incremental value to the business and customers.
- Desire to work in a high-velocity environment, continuously learning, and mastering your craft.
- A strong understanding of CRM processes, data modeling, and security best practices is essential.
How we’ll take care of you:
Your starting budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $165,025 and $235,750, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This total compensation range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
