Zayo is seeking a Financial Systems & Reporting Manager to oversee OneStream platform administration, enhancement, and user support, playing a crucial role in ensuring the platform meets business needs. Our Financial Systems & Reporting Manager will manage system maintenance, enhancements, integrations, and governance while working closely with finance and IT teams to optimize OneStream’s performance and usability.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Systems & Reporting, our Financial Systems & Reporting Manager will work within the OneStream Scrum Team and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to prioritize enhancements and implement new features, ensuring alignment with financial reporting, planning, and consolidation processes.

*We're open to this position working remotely within the United States or Canada with the expectation of working Mountain Time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee OneStream administration, enhancement backlog, and user support, ensuring system stability and performance.

  • Work with the Director of Financial Systems & Reporting to implement OneStream product roadmap enhancements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for OneStream users, managing training, issue resolution, and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to align OneStream’s capabilities with reporting and forecasting needs.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance within OneStream, coordinating with data engineers and finance leaders.

  • Participate in SAFe agile ceremonies, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and system testing.

  • Support financial reporting and planning functions by maintaining and optimizing OneStream reports, dashboards, and workflows.

  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions for OneStream enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field Business, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or Computer Science required. Masters degree in a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial systems administration, corporate performance management, or finance transformation.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading or managing and mentoring a team.

  • OneStream administration experience is required for this role, including metadata management, data management setup and maintenance, cube view setup and maintenance, and user security setup and maintenance. 

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, FP&A, and consolidation processes.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, SAFe principles, and backlog management is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in financial data integration (Snowflake, ERP, ETL processes) is a plus.

  • Experience in IT service management including ServiceNow or Jira is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Expected base pay: $104,400 - $140,000 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
