Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… 

To join our team as a Financial Systems Analyst. This role will report to a Financial Manager of Corporate FP&A. You will be the primary System Administrator for our financial planning software, Adaptive Planning. You’ll also be responsible for a variety of financial reporting requests, including month-end results analysis, forecasting outlook, and other important metrics such as KPIs.

  • Function as the primary System Administrator for CLEAResult’s EPM software (Adaptive Planning)

  • Translate existing reporting and modeling strategy into sophisticated scalable solutions within Adaptive to be used across the organization

  • Support financial process standardization and administration of distributed budget and forecast processes

  • Preparing analysis of actual results and reported variances to tell a story of the company's financial status and risks

  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve insights to financial performance

  • Assist in completion of month-end financial reports and present materials to the Director and VP of FP&A

  • Help on ad-hoc team initiatives as needed such as acquisition integration, bank reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis

  • Maintain integration between Adaptive Planning and CLEAResult's ERP system (Workday)

  • Provide ongoing Adaptive user training and create training materials as needed

  • Complete improvement projects within Adaptive and help maintain the roadmap for future additions

  • 1-3 years of applicable experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning, Planful, or other EPM software experience recommended but not required

  • Working knowledge of database management systems

Compensation Range

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
