Financial Analyst

The financial analyst supports the company’s financial planning and variable compensation management processes in coordination with the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, and the accounting team. The role will be a key contributor to the company’s monthly annual recurring revenue reporting and related metrics; annual budget and periodic forecast preparation; and the determination of monthly, quarterly, and annual variable compensation amounts under adopted annual plans.

• Perform monthly calculation of commissions earned under the annual plan.
• Calculate/determine annually recurring revenue (ARR) and related categorical changes in ARR MTM, QTQ, YTY for month-end close.
• Assist in the preparation of required monthly, quarterly, and annual internal management and investor reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly department budget vs. actual reporting.
• Prepare monthly headcount reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual operating plan (budget) and any related mid-year and long-term forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s financial modeling for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Project/ad hoc inquiry/data request support as needed.
