You should be proactive, self-driven, organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute quarterly and annual go-to-market plans for Corporate and SMB teams to drive net-new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and lead conversion goals.

  • Plan and manage marketing programs from concept to post-event follow-up, including venue sourcing, campaign creation, list development, event execution, and data uploads.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, brand, and sales teams to align and deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.

  • Maintain and communicate the regional marketing calendar and updates via newsletters to ensure sales alignment and awareness.

  • Track and report program performance using tools like Tableau and Salesforce, analyzing results to optimize future efforts.

  • Implement and manage marketing activities such as virtual events, roadshows, ABM campaigns, and lead generation initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

  • Pilot new marketing strategies to enhance pipeline growth, improve efficiency, and meet evolving business needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or integrated marketing campaigns within a high-tech B2B environment, with a proven ability to drive leads and accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with live and digital marketing activities, including trade shows, virtual events, ABM, and email nurture campaigns.

  • Ability to track ROI, analyze marketing metrics, and report insights to sales and marketing stakeholders using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.

  • Proven success collaborating cross-functionally and partnering with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and scale in a growing organization while recommending innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with supporting field and/or inside sales organizations; IT or cybersecurity industry experience preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in high-tech marketing to mid-market and/or SMB entities.

  • Familiarity with managing third-party providers, including conferences, demand generation vendors, and agencies.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.

  • Commitment to professionalism, curiosity for data, and enthusiasm for analyzing results and trends.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
