ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a dynamic Field & Demand Marketing Manager to spearhead our ambitious revenue growth through a strategic mix of high-impact events and demand generation programs. You'll orchestrate our comprehensive events strategy, including a dinner series, presence at major industry conferences each quarter, and educational webinars. In this role, you'll own lead gen and pipeline creation targets.

  • Design and execute comprehensive field marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, that generate qualified leads and deliver on ambitious pipeline targets
  • Orchestrate our event and speaking engagement strategy for our advisory board, leveraging the expertise of former CSOs at Fortune 500 companies
  • Create and manage our webinar program that educates businesses on sustainability practices and demonstrate the ROI of our platform
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs and sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on webinar and event leads, maximizing conversion opportunities
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to track program success and optimize ROI
  • Build relationships with industry partners and event organizers to secure strategic speaking opportunities

ABOUT YOU (SKILLS) 

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or similar roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of creating and executing marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline results
  • Experience managing end-to-end event marketing programs, both virtual and in-person
  • Strong project management skills with an intense attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel
