Group/Division

The Customer Engagement (CE) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Technical Engagement Managers and Application Engineers. The team partners closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, software, and expertise, to help customers manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, partnering with our sales team in identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our sales organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product
specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. May build a mini-application based on customer
requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. May provide
software development and consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Base Pay Range: $75,900.00 - $129,000.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-TX-Richardson-KLA
