We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador for our Seattle-based corporate headquarters to help us create an office experience Remitlians don't want to miss! You will do this by implementing daily solutions for teams across the business and globe. You will be the first contact for incoming Remitlians, candidates, and vendors as you manage the Welcome and Engagement Center while providing facilities, events and corporate travel support. This is an onsite role reporting to the Seattle Facilities Supervisor.

You Will:

  • Welcome, assist and manage incoming visitors, vendors and local and visiting employees.
  • Ensure reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, work areas and collaborative spaces are functional and up to standard.
  • Manage receive mail and deliveries and coordinate shipping and mailing internationally.
  • Support leadership, floor wardens, building security and employees during emergent events.
  • Control access badges and IDs for employees, visitors, candidates and vendors.
  • Follow and support defined security, safety and emergency protocols.
  • Help with meetings, events, tours and orientations.
  • Resolve incoming requests through ticketing and other systems.

You Have:

  • Minimum two years' experience in reception, office administration, facilities support or other transferable experience.
  • Minimum two years' experience in office productivity applications.
  • Experience with basic IT issues and working with IT or desk-side services.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $54,400-$61,200. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
