Job Description SummaryGE HealthCare’s Science & Technology Organization (STO) is at the forefront of defining the future of healthcare by merging deep expertise with cutting-edge technology and AI. As the Senior Human Resource Manager, you will lead HR for STO, developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives while being a trusted partner to the STO CEO and senior leadership team.
This role demands a visionary leader who can drive effective people outcomes in areas such as succession readiness, colleague experience, organizational effectiveness, culture, change leadership, talent attraction and assessment, learning and development, and performance management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Science & Technology Organization, as well as the broader technology function across GE HealthCare.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and embed an intentional organizational culture, leading to more workforce discretionary effort, as well as higher productivity and retention levels.
  • Build and execute appropriate plans to maximize succession readiness for critical leadership roles.
  • Act as an organizational effectiveness champion who helps to build the horizontal leadership capabilities that ensures optimization of organizational performance.
  • Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in their continuous journey to be the most effective leaders possible
  • Provide HR leadership for the global STO HR team … lead with context and coach/develop team members, drive HR talent development, communicating proactively, and ensure HR team engagement & retention.
  • Lead talent assessment in the organization, identifying employee strengths and development needs to recognize, select, retain, and develop critical talent
  • Develop and oversee strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain strong and diverse talent.  Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Academic background with 15+ years work experience in HR
  • Minimum 10 years of previous experience in Human Resource Manager/Human Resource Business Partnership positions with increasing scope of responsibility and a deep understanding of employee life cycle processes
  • In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles gained either through formal education and/or substantial work experience in client HR roles
  • Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, coaching and assessing leadership talent, and effectively interfacing with senior-level business and operations leaders
  • Demonstrated experience supporting global organizations, including facilitating complex change compliantly across countries

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $224,000.00-$336,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
