We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support onboarding projects for new and upsold clients, from point of sale through the launch of our clients’ digital marketing campaign(s). This role demands a high level of organization, acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills, robust technical aptitude, and the ability to multitask with multiple projects and deadlines.  {Socius Marketing} 

 

Socius Marketing is a rapidly scaling digital marketing agency servicing the home improvement, home services, and health care industries. We deliver results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused organic and paid media campaigns. Our services include paid media, (search, social, and programmatic), search engine optimization (SEO), content development, and website design & development. 

 

As the Technical Project Manager, you will provide organizational support and coordination to the Onboarding Manager throughout the client onboarding process into Socius Marketing digital marketing services, focusing on keeping project tasks and milestones on track to reach deadlines, and completing technical setup where needed. You will be responsible for attending client and internal meetings, creating and updating project documentation, configuring technical setup of accounts and dashboards, coordinating with internal teams to ensure completion of tasks & milestones, monitoring project progress to alert the Onboarding Manager of potential concerns and delays, and other tasks as needed to help the project run smoothly and on time. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proficient with technology and systems, an exceptional communicator, a team player, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: 

  • Work cross-functionally with account management, sales, dev, and delivery teams to ensure onboarding projects are on track and timelines are met 

  • Attend client meetings, and collect and organize information from these meetings for all stakeholders

  • Create, update, maintain, and review comprehensive project and client documentation across multiple platforms, including Confluence, Jira, and Salesforce 

  • Set up and configure accounts and dashboards within our internal applications, as well as digital marketing related sites such as Google

  • Monitor project progress for potential blockers, collate this information for semi-weekly scrum meetings, and raise these issues in a timely manner to the Onboarding Manager 

  • Serve as point of contact with the client as needed to request and gather information, answer questions, and liaise with internal teams 

  • Conduct QA as needed on deliverables to ensure they align to client expectations and are free of noticeable errors 

  • Work with the team to continuously improve the onboarding process based on client feedback and changing needs. 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role, or a client facing role with significant internal task coordination 

  • Minimum of 2 years working with clients, either in a direct client facing role or indirect client service and delivery 

  • Knowledgeable about digital marketing strategies and technologies, including Website Design, SEO, and Paid Search Advertising; experience working in the digital marketing industry strongly preferred 

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines 

  • Strong understanding of project management applications and software, Jira preferred 

  • Strong understanding of business collaboration applications and software, Confluence and SharePoint preferred 

  • Working knowledge of CRM applications, SalesForce preferred 

  • Generally proficient in MS Office applications and tools

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams 

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for thorough documentation 

  • Task-driven and process-driven, with a desire for continuous improvement 

Where: Remote United States, no travel necessary

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target compensation for this position is $60K-$70K in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
