What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to drive the planning and execution of high-impact B2B events that strengthen our brand, generate demand, and foster customer relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create exceptional experiences for prospects, customers, and partners, ensuring that every event aligns with our mission to redefine cybersecurity.

What Will You Do?

  • Support various B2B event programs, including corporate events, trade shows, executive briefings,  partner summits, and product launch events.
  • Support event operations, including timelines, budgets, project plans, vendor estimates and reconciliation, list uploads, and communication with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage event global calendars and support event data collection and reporting.
  • Build project plans and book meetings with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
  • Track and reconcile internal expenses, adhering to corporate policies and compliance standards.
  • Gather attendee feedback, analyze event performance, and prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to ensure SentinelOne’s events stand out as innovative and impactful.

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting B2B events, including financial management, project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., JiffleNow, Rainfocus, Cvent, Knak, Splash) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Creative thinker with a focus on delivering engaging and results-driven experiences.
  • Comfortable with travel (RSA, BlackHat, OneCon etc)

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some
locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range

$72,000$90,000 USD
