About the position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Events and Administrative Planner with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. When faced with challenges, you take initiative, roll up your sleeves, and find effective solutions. As a collaborative team player, you excel in working seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of every event. 

What you’ll do

  • Industry Conferences: Coordinate logistics for all industry conferences, in-person meetings, and events.

  • Annual Leadership Summit: Plan, organize, and oversee every aspect of a high-profile summit of C-suite executives for our industry partners, including identifying and securing speakers, coordinating all logistics, curating the event agenda, and ensuring a seamless on-site experience.

  • Miscellaneous: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team and organization. This can include team member onboarding, team remote events, etc

You should have

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-3 years of relevant event planning experience

  • A positive and outgoing attitude

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technologies

  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently

  • High-level of resourcefulness, confidence, and problem-solving skills

  • An organized and meticulous to work, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at a time

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills 

  • A willingness to take on any task or challenge, great or small 

  • Personable and professional demeanor

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $60,000/year - $120,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $70,000 - $110,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
