We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Enterprise Leader of Transformational Change to drive enterprise-wide innovation efforts, cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives. This critical leadership role will partner with leadership to execute a comprehensive transformation value strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption with the enterprise initiatives and long-term cultural change. 

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Change Management, enterprise transformations, and driving global large-scale value creation initiatives in complex organizational environments of Fortune 500 companies.  The candidate will also have developed an enterprise change center of excellence in a transforming organization across change, organization design, communications and ways of working design. 

It is intended that this position be in one of Humana’s major employment hub cities (i.e., Louisville, Washington D.C., New York City, Chicago, Nashville, Tampa, etc.). However, regardless of location, it is expected that this person will work East Coast hours. 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Transformation Value Strategy & Execution 

  • Lead the change management and adoption plan strategies for critical initiatives and system implementations, driving new and /or different business processes while caring for associate experience 

  • Identifying and educating on reasons why we are changing and the benefits to be delivered from the planned change. 

  • Assess the organization in creating awareness among differing employee groups, securing buy in, creating the processes, implementing the tools in place and achieving behavioral adjustments 

 

Collaboration & Partnership 

  • Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities across the organization are well harmonized and align with department strategies  

  • Partnering with internal and external communication teams to integration communication strategies into the overall change management approach and plan 

  • Identify potential risks, points of resistance, gaps and develop corrective action plans  

. 

Risk Management & Mitigation 

  • Proactively identify, highlight, and address risks associated with the transformation initiatives. 

 

Integration & Alignment 

  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-strategic priority collaboration to identify synergies and optimize investments across the organization. 

 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting 

  • Develop, maintain and report on an overall integrated delivery / adoption plan related to critical change initiatives for the company  

  • Provide regular updates to MT, Board and executive sponsors on progress, risks, and opportunities. 

 

Required Candidate Qualifications 

  • 10+ years’ experience in Global Change Management 

  • Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent, transformation in the financial or Healthcare industry 

  • Experience managing large-scale organizational changes across multiple divisions and external teams  

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to pressure-test assumptions and drive fact-based decision-making. 

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams. 

 

Preferred Candidate Qualifications 

  • Certifications: CCMP, Prosci certification

  • Results-driven leadership with a focus on accountability and execution. 

  • Exceptional ability to balance strategic vision with operational discipline. 

  • Highly skilled in fostering cross-functional collaboration and synergy identification. 

  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$138,900 - $191,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
