Are you ready to be at the forefront of transforming a $6 trillion industry? We're seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to help write the next chapter of this revolution.


This isn't your typical enterprise sales role. You'll be selling groundbreaking technology that's creating an entirely new ecosystem, connecting insurance carriers, major brands, and consumers in ways never before possible. With only 1% of insurance transactions truly online today, you'll be pioneering the path to bring the next half-trillion dollars onto Sure's rails.


As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind Sure's mission to unlock the potential of digital insurance. This is a rare chance to join a small, elite team working directly with our CEO and sales leadership to pioneer an entirely new market. You'll work with forward-thinking insurance carriers looking to transform their digital presence and major brands seeking to embed insurance into their customer experience. Your success will directly impact how millions of consumers interact with insurance in the digital age.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner directly with our CEO, Head of Strategic Partnerships, and Sales VPs to develop and execute transformative deals with major insurance carriers and enterprise brands
  • Navigate complex, innovative sales cycles that reshape how organizations think about digital insurance
  • Create and execute strategic plans to bring billion-dollar insurance programs onto Sure's rails
  • Lead transformative conversations that help organizations envision and implement their digital future
  • Consistently exceed quota while building a foundation for long-term partnerships

What we're looking for:

  • A fearless self-starter who thrives on creating opportunities - someone who proactively seeks out and engages with C-suite decision makers while continuously learning and adapting your approach
  • A proven enterprise sales professional with 5+ years of SaaS experience and a track record of exceeding quotas
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in complex, long-cycle sales environments (8+ months)
  • A natural hunter who gets energized by pursuing and winning new logo business
  • A strong foundation in proven enterprise sales methodologies, but the flexibility to adapt them for our innovative technology and unique market position
  • Demonstrated success in pioneering new markets or categories
  • Someone who sees beyond the transaction to build lasting partnerships
