About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE), you will drive enterprise adoption of Scribe, helping customers understand its value through live product demos and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. You'll work with a large volume of inbound leads from major enterprise accounts.

Scribe is a versatile tool used by over 600,000 organizations worldwide, offering you the chance to engage a wide range of customers across various industries and roles.

Examples of what you’ll be doing

  • New Customer Acquisition: Build a robust pipeline from a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Closing Deals: Secure multiple $50k-$100k deals with enterprises each month using a consultative and structured sales methodology.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively manage your pipeline and develop strategies for long-term growth within key accounts.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify critical business challenges customers aim to address with Scribe and position it as a solution.
  • Best Practices Development: Collaborate to establish and share best practices across the team.
  • Product Demos: Conduct live demos for prospects to showcase Scribe’s value and address functional inquiries.

You are a consultative sales professional, capable of creating strong business cases across multiple departments and multiple levels within an organization.  You have experience working with large enterprise customers and understand the value of landing quick and expanding even quicker within these organizations.   You take pride in leading enterprise prospects through a complex buying journey in as little time as possible.  Ideally, you enjoy building – as we are a rapidly growing organization and you will have a change to build best practices for the business.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota carrying closing sales experience  in a fast growing SaaS environment,  with rapid career progression.  
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and close business with repeatable processes.
  • Ability to manage pipeline and communicate deal progression to leadership.
  • Comfort with a land and expand motion closing $50k-$100k ACV deals.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to handle a large volume of prospects and customers.
  • Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new SaaS software applications.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

Compensation

Our Enterprise AE's are split across two segments, Emerging and Large. Segmentation is determined by previous experience and selling scope.

Emerging: 220K OTE (50/50 split) + equity + benefits

Large: 250K (50/50 split) + equity + benefits
