We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow our Public Sector client base, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospect accounts in State and Local Government and Education (SLED). As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with government clients and prospects, developing and executing strategic account plans, and navigating the complexities of selling to government accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospect accounts

  • Understand the procurement process and navigate the complexities of selling to government clients

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure client needs are met

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and establish yourself as a trusted advisor

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and government regulations that may impact client needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 1 year preferably working with government clients and prospect accounts

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing client relationships

  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

 

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity. 

 

US Base Salary Range: $100k - $125k base; $200k - $250k on target earnings.

Please note that the compensation range and benefits specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States. For international applicants, actual salary offers and benefit plans may vary based on the local market compensation standards and will be determined in accordance with regional considerations, including but not limited to applicable laws, cost of living, and industry norms.
