📍Location

We’re fully remote and welcome candidates from anywhere in the US! We have all-company offsites a few times a year where we fly the whole team out to meet in person, build stronger relationships, kick off important projects, and have fun!

💼 Job Summary

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with our CoFounders, Product, Go-To-Market and Support teams to define and execute the technical roadmap for our IDP.

💻 Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional and technical growth
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to define projects, product specifications, timelines, scope, deliverables and technical initiatives
  • Lead and manage the planning and execution of engineering projects
  • Work closely with the team to architect scalable and maintainable software
  • Promote best practices for coding, architecture, and testing
  • Identify and address bottlenecks for the engineering team, propose solutions to address them, and implement new processes
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the engineering team and across departments.
  • Participate in the recruitment process to attract top engineering talent, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

✔️Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Senior Software Engineers
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience in a hyper-growth environment is highly preferred
  • Experience at a B2B company is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with developer portals, API management, or related technologies is a plus.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay for this role starts between $200,000 - $260,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for equity and benefits.
