The next chapter of our growth story needs YOU!

At Go1, we've grown from humble beginnings into the world's largest aggregator of educational content, but we do it with heart and play as one team. We give organizations and their employees access to the largest curated e-learning library on the planet, empowering millions of people to unlock their positive potential. Endlessly curious, collaborative, and inspired by life-long learning, we may come from different backgrounds, but we share the same vision: to reach a billion learners as we unlock positive potential through a love of learning. Our success is owed to our people. Every win… every idea… every extra mile. They've made us who we are. And there's so much still to do – so much opportunity for you to own. Together, we're on a path to improving a billion lives and a culture where everyone can thrive.

Are you energized by creating structure, clarity, and confidence for teams navigating complex enablement needs? As the Enablement Manager at Go1, your mission is to design and scale internal onboarding and enablement programs that drive high performance across our GTM organization.

In this role, you’ll lead strategic onboarding design, coordinating stakeholder-led training, and translating core enablement programming into scalable new hire experiences. You’ll support adoption and training across key GTM third-party tools—working cross-functionally to co-develop resources that enhance productivity and confidence. And you’ll drive pre-sales programs focused on SDR enablement and pipeline generation across internal sales teams and co-selling motions.

Why You'll Love This Role:

  • Strategic Onboarding: You’ll own the design and evolution of Go1’s onboarding programs—building experiences that help new hires ramp with clarity, confidence, and speed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Enablement, and more to stand up impactful, scalable training programs that drive team readiness from day one.
  • Pre-Sales Enablement: You’ll play a key role in enabling pipeline generation as part of broader pre-sales efforts—supporting SDR and AE teams involved in B2C, B2B, and co-selling pipeline generation motions.
  • Tool Adoption & Productivity: Help teams get the most out of our GTM systems by co-developing training and resources that drive effective, consistent usage without creating bottlenecks.
  • Programmatic Impact: Build scalable systems for feedback collection, reporting, and quality assurance—so our enablement programming continuously improves and delivers measurable value.

Why You're a Great Fit:

  • Enablement-Minded: You understand the importance of repeatable, scalable onboarding and enablement that evolves with the business.
  • Collaborative Operator: You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to bring people together to get things done.
  • Pre-Sales Fluent: You have a solid grasp of what drives early-stage pipeline—from SDR performance to co-sell motions—and how enablement supports it.
  • Process-Driven: You bring structure to ambiguity, balancing the need for speed with pragmatic execution and long-term scalability.
  • Clear Communicator: You’re able to distill complex information into practical, easy-to-understand content and training experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, L&D, or similar roles in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success designing and managing scalable onboarding or learning programs, including live, e-learning, and blended delivery models
  • Strong understanding of sales and pre-sales processes, with the ability to translate them into effective enablement programs for internal teams and partner-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with common enablement technologies and GTM tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and using insights to optimize enablement efforts
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones, with a collaborative and flexible approach
  • Must be located in Central, Mountain or Pacific timezones to be considered

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $90,000.00 and $105,000.00 your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
