How YOU will make a Difference:
Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to triage and provide Day-to-Day Support for external integrations with vendors, including but not limited to Pharmacies (eligibility & accumulators), Providers, and Insurance Carriers. You will coordinate new Implementations, and acting as a liaison between external and internal resources to onboard new and existing clients.
What YOU will do:

  • Provides daily monitoring of outbound data integrations with external trading partners, including but not limited to, eligibility and accumulator data.
  • Maintain EDI x12 834 integrations, including but not limited to, daily file processing, ongoing maintenance, technical support (internal & external clients), and EDI System configuration
  • Implements inbound & outbound integrations with external trading partners, while behaving as a liaison between external and internal stakeholders including Development.
  • Completes UAT validation for both Implementation and Support deployments
  • Works with both technical and operational stakeholders to identify and resolve Production issues.
  • Manages relationships with external vendors in an effort to streamline the implementation and support process.
  • Providing ongoing support for S/FTP connections with third party vendors
  • Coordinates with the File Management teammates to gain a comprehensive view of end-to-end data transactions to offer seamless support during off-cycle and renewal changes.


Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:

  • AA or BA preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience required
  • 1+ years of 834 specific experience required
  • This position requires the ability to learn, configure, and troubleshoot several interlocking technical systems.
  • Experience with the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Previous experience with EDI & File Management


Compensation:
The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $81,000-$104,000 p/yr and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.
