We’re looking for a eCommerce Site Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of ecommerce, technology, and customer experience. You’ll take ownership of our website’s content, layout, performance, and product presentation—ensuring it not only looks great but performs brilliantly.

You’ll be working alongside a team of designers, developers, and marketers who are passionate about delivering a seamless online experience. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and creativity in everything we do.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Merchandising & Content Management

  • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images for accuracy and appeal.
  • Optimize categorization, navigation, and search filters to drive discoverability and conversions.
  • Lead seasonal merchandising campaigns, new product launches, and promotions.
  • Work with creative, product, and dev teams to improve on-site layout and visuals.
  • Identify and implement SEO opportunities across product pages and landing pages.

E-commerce Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report on key site metrics: traffic, conversions, bounce rates, and user behavior.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and MixPanel to monitor performance.
  • Run A/B tests on layouts, CTAs, and product placements to drive sales.
  • Optimize cart, checkout, and payment flows to reduce abandonment.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve performance gaps.

Site Health, Stability & Core Web Vitals

  • Monitor Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and overall site health.
  • Use tools like Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed Insights, and Search Console to ensure fast, stable user experiences.
  • Troubleshoot slow-loading pages, broken links, and mobile usability issues with dev teams.
  • Stay ahead of performance trends and apply best practices for uptime and reliability.

Inventory & Product Management

  • Partner with operations to ensure real-time inventory accuracy and product readiness.
  • Implement strategies like bundles, upsells, and cross-sells to boost revenue.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust merchandising accordingly.

Marketing & Conversion Optimization

  • Own on-site content including banners, category pages, and homepage features.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align on campaigns across channels.
  • Leverage data to improve content layout, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.

Customer Experience & Troubleshooting

  • Ensure a seamless UX across all devices—mobile, desktop, and everything in between.
  • Work with Customer Service to resolve website issues and analyze feedback.
  • Use insights to drive improvements to the user interface and experience.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in website merchandising, ecommerce, or digital content management.
  • Strong understanding of online shopping behaviors, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, and website performance tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, creative, and tech teams.
  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced ecommerce or retail environments preferred.
