About the Role:

Responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities related to commercial lending transactions, including, but not limited to, onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence, retention of all legal documents and required information, and accurately performing pre-closing and post-closing duties that require an expanded level of commercial lending and loan documentation knowledge in a multi-state environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered through Commercial Finance, ensuring policy and procedure adherence.
  • Furnish accurate and complete due diligence for all new prospects including corporate records, UCC searches and reviews, tax liens, and additional legal searches, as needed, from various third-party sites.
  • Provide ongoing updated due diligence for customers, annually and as requested, to ensure due diligence items remain current. 
  • Perform all daily tasks related to UCC monitoring, insurance reviews, exception reporting, and OFAC checks.
  • Perform all tasks related to client system set-ups and maintenance.
  • Coordinate file preparation, scanning, retention, and purging of files based on the bank’s retention schedule.
  • Follow all due diligence processes and procedures. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience. 
  • BSA/AML experience, preferred.

Salary range:  $16.59 hourly – $29.59 hourly

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.  Pathward offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, and more.
