Responsibilities:
- In this role you will work with clients to implement the new DNA UX core banking application.
- You will act as a technical consultant, working directly with clients, in areas such as: networking, Windows system administration, software configuration and deployment.
- Build, maintain, and train clients on DNA UX core application servers and surround applications.
- Identify system and process solution components to address business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years IT/industry experience.
- Technical and analytical background troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server and Windows 7/10/11 required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft IIS and SSL Certificates.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
- Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve complex technical issues by researching through internet and other internal knowledge base tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
- Superior attention to detail, and a resourceful problem solver.
- Experience working with large enterprise-wide application systems (preferred).
- Experience with Citrix and/or other virtual thin-client software/architectures (preferred).
- Experience troubleshooting web applications using Fiddler (preferred)
- Experience using Microsoft Sysinternals Suite to troubleshoot application errors (preferred).
- Experience with Nexus Enterprise Configuration Utility to configure Cash Dispenser and Recycler Machines (preferred).
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting using tools like Telnet and Wireshark (preferred)
