We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Canada, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We’re looking for a Director, Strategic Partner Services (SPS) to serve as the primary point of contact for our largest commercial partners. This role is the front line for Collectors with its most strategic partners and focuses on seamless operational and technical integration, efficient execution, and ongoing relationship development. This role may include some P&L oversight, small contract renegotiations and marketing executions. SPS will work cross-functionally with the Corporate Development, Operations, Product, Tech and Finance teams to proactively triage issues, address partner needs, identify process enhancements, and drive business expansion.

You’ll report to Vice President of PSA and work from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ office (must be within a commutable distance between either cities).

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the dedicated liaison for our top-tier commercial partners, ensuring a white-glove customer experience across all leadership levels
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on key topics or areas of friction both among internal stakeholders and ultimately with our external commercial partners
  • Oversee the end-to-end integration process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with partner expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Operations on any reporting requirements and order issue troubleshooting
  • Partner with Product & Technology teams to facilitate seamless integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements
  • Analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and growth opportunities
  • Work with Finance to ensure invoices are accurate
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring alignment with our company’s offerings.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role, preferably in B2B services, logistics, e-commerce, with 12-15 years of overall work experience in relevant capacities
  • Strong understanding of order management processes, operational workflows, and technology integrations
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mentality
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Tech teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
  • Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks.
  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds.
  • Phone Answering: Talking on the phone and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently.
  • Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Salary Range: 

The salary range for this position is $176,000-$208,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
