As the Director of SAP Supply Chain Consulting & Implementation Services, you will play a key role in driving growth by selling and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions within supply chain management. This role requires a seasoned leader who excels in both business development and project execution. You will manage client relationships, oversee SAP supply chain implementations, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the practice. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on the supply chain domain, and a proven track record in driving successful sales and implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for SAP Supply Chain implementation services.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within key industries, including automobile, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, life sceinces and logistics.
  • Lead and support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP supply chain solutions.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and solution designs tailored to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the SAP supply chain practice.

Service Delivery and Project Execution:

  • Lead and manage the successful delivery of SAP supply chain projects, ensuring high-quality service and alignment with client objectives.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring efficient project execution, resource management, and cost control.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex project issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Continuously refine project methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership in SAP supply chain best practices and innovations, ensuring the practice remains at the cutting edge of the industry.

Practice Leadership and Strategy:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the SAP supply chain practice.
  • Mentor and develop a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance on both technical and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other directors and executives to align the SAP practice with overall business goals and initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and SAP advancements, driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in selling SAP implementation services and delivering complex projects to large organizations.
  • Deep expertise in SAP modules related to supply chain (e.g., SAP SCM, SAP TM, SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project teams and delivering high-quality implementations on time and within budget.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with experience engaging with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.
