Challenges You Will Solve


We are looking for a successful, experienced, data-minded individual to lead our revenue enablement programs as our Director, Revenue Enablement. You will lead the vision, strategy and coordinate the execution of our go to market enablement programs to provide onboarding, training, and continuous learning to our internal revenue-driving teams, providing them with the outcomes they need to be successful and exceed full year bookings plans. 


The Director, Revenue Enablement reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, will be a member of the CRO’s senior staff and work closely with our sales, marketing, product marketing, and customer success teams. Through your persistence, determination, and creativity, you will help accomplish Red Canary’s mission to make security better for businesses of all sizes.


The Director Revenue Enablement is results-focused, analytical yet empathic individual who loves being a servant leader to a growing sales organization. You live to see results from the enablement programs you’ve helped to put into place as well as the results from your team’s support and training of current and new sales and customer success team members. You possess a strong understanding of business and sales processes, and have an interest in distilling sophisticated ideas and information into easy-to-digest content and training. 

What You'll Do

  • Advocate for sales enablement with key partners, including coordinating marketing, sales, customer success and revenue operations resources 
  • Define and communicate the overarching revenue enablement vision to team members, as well as other leaders at Red Canary 
  • Help define requirements and guide the team’s creation of enablement materials for training, documentation, and other internally-facing enablement uses
  • Maintain an updated enablement foundation, charter and application framework including sales messaging and methodology and value driver application
  • Ultimately responsible for delivery, measurement, and success of new hire training for the sales team including Sales Development Representatives
  • Support frontline Regional Directors and extended sales leadership team in establishing and carrying out a sales coaching program
  • Responsible for enablement tooling and LMS vetting, implementation and roll out
  • Responsible for tracking and analysis of enablement program and enablement content usage
  • Heavily involved in large scale Revenue events such as Sales Kick Off, President’s Club, etc. 

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience driving successful business outcomes through sales enablement and trainings
  • 2+ years of direct experience in sales enablement and/or sales training required
  • Previous ownership of overarching enablement strategy for SaaS or security company preferred
  • LMS evaluation and implementation experience preferred 
  • Past experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred
  • Cyber security, MDR experience or high-tech selling experience preferred
  • Agile/scrum product and project management experience preferred

Base salary for this role is $152,600- $200,000 per year. This role is also eligible for participation in the company's bonus program. This role is eligible for a grant of stock options, subject to the approval of the company's board of directors. Application deadline is March 5, 2025.
