About the Role:
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own and lead the positioning and messaging, commercialization, launches and be the key point for PMM on EBCs. You will spearhead the positioning and messaging, pricing and packaging, company pitch, and go-to-market strategy for the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform. You will drive the marketing narrative, advocating for a trust platform-first approach to cybersecurity solutions built on a single agent, single console, and unified platform architecture. This strategic role involves leading a team of Directors, Sr. Managers, and Sr. PMMs, and collaborating with leaders across the company to achieve exceptional positioning and growth in highly competitive markets. To be successful, you need a comprehensive understanding of multiple cybersecurity domains, along with strong expertise in platform messaging and positioning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Platform Positioning: Own the platform positioning and messaging to ensure customers understand the unique value proposition of the Falcon Platform.

  • Commercialization (Pricing & Packaging): Develop and oversee pricing and packaging strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.

  • Corporate Pitch & Key Notes: Craft and deliver compelling corporate pitches and keynotes that highlight the unique value and capabilities of the Falcon Platform.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and elevate a team of skilled marketers to create compelling messaging, content, and sales tools.

  • Business Growth: Drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for the Falcon Platform and related products.

  • Product Launch: Plan and launch new offerings, capabilities, and releases, managing cross-functional implementation.

  • Content Strategy: Lead a team to develop fresh content, including collateral, thought leadership assets, website content, videos, blogs, and more.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and alliances teams to ensure value proposition, assets, training, support structures, and incentive plans are in place.

  • Executive Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term marketing strategies and product positioning.

  • Thought Leadership: Serve as an evangelist through blogging, social media, and speaking engagements.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in security software, PMM, technical PMM, PM, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and/or B2B SaaS.

  • Proven track record in leading teams of Directors, Sr. Managers, and individual contributors.

  • Deep domain expertise in cybersecurity platforms and related technologies.

  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across teams and partners.

  • Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Passionate about cybersecurity and delivers with a high level of intensity under pressure.

  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills and comfort with high-visibility initiatives.

  • Ability to create clear, compelling messages and willingness to create external assets or internal deliverables.

  • Strong presentation skills to educate and inspire small and large audiences.

  • You’ve hired and developed teams in highly ambiguous environments.

  • Technical or software engineering background.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $155,000 - $270,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
