About the Role:


We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale our global product marketing function. This role is pivotal in driving Aircall’s product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. As the bridge between our product, sales, and marketing teams, you will be responsible for defining how we bring new innovations to market, ensuring our sales team is equipped to win, and driving adoption and growth of our product suite.You will lead a team of product marketers and work cross-functionally with product management, demand generation, customer marketing, and sales enablement to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our customers and differentiate Aircall in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Define and refine Aircall’s positioning, messaging, and value proposition for our products and solutions. Develop customer-centric messaging that resonates across key segments and use cases.
  • Partner with product management to translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions.

  •  Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Launches
  • Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Develop market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to inform product roadmap and positioning.
  • Define pricing & packaging strategies in collaboration with product, sales, and finance teams.

  • Sales Enablement & Customer Education
  • Develop sales tools, pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence to support our go-to-market teams.
  • Partner with RevOps and Sales Leadership to drive product adoption and sales performance through enablement programs.
  • Work with customer marketing to create case studies, testimonials, and references that showcase Aircall’s impact.

  • Market & Customer Insights
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and research to uncover insights that shape our messaging and positioning.
  • Stay ahead of competitive and industry trends, ensuring Aircall maintains a differentiated position in the market.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure product adoption, market penetration, and campaign performance.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product marketers across multiple regions.
  • Foster collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure a unified approach to GTM execution.
  • Scale processes and best practices to drive efficiency and impact across our global product marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience leading product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits and business value.
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and optimize strategy based on insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with a passion for developing and mentoring talent.
  • Experience working in global markets and leading localization efforts is a plus.
