As the Director of Product Management – Collaboration Solutions, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for T-Mobile’s Collaboration portfolio, including Dialpad, MultiLine, and Microsoft 365. Your role is pivotal in defining market-leading solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering differentiated products that empower businesses to communicate and collaborate more effectively!

Job Responsibilities:

Collaboration Product Oversight

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for T-Mobile’s collaboration solutions:

    • Dialpad (AI-driven cloud communication & contact center platform)
    • MultiLine (Secure, compliant enterprise mobile number solutions)
    • Microsoft 365 (Business productivity & collaboration suite, including Teams)
  • Develop a long-term vision that aligns with customer needs, market trends, and T-Mobile’s B2B growth strategy.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Partner Management to drive product adoption and differentiation.
  • Work with strategic partners like Microsoft and Dialpad to enhance integrations and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure all solutions meet security and governance requirements.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, tracking product adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Go-to-Market & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new features, pricing models, and packaging that drive customer value.
  • Drive customer engagement and market research to refine product positioning and usability.
  • Develop and execute competitive go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth in SMB, Enterprise, and Public Sector segments.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams with enablement tools, training, and high-touch executive engagements.

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on enterprise collaboration, UCaaS, CPaaS, or productivity solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading product teams and driving enterprise adoption of cloud-based communication tools.
  • Deep expertise in voice, messaging, AI-powered collaboration, and enterprise compliance requirements.
  • Experience partnering with Microsoft, Dialpad, or other major UCaaS and productivity vendors is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, including direct, channel, and reseller models.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in customer research, analytics, and KPI tracking.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Base Pay Range: $185,600 - $251,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 25%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
