At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.
As the Director of Product Management for Clinical Interventions, you will lead a team of product managers and cross-functional pods to develop Counterpart Assistant into the most targeted and effective product for physicians supporting patient care. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our Clinical Interventions pillar, ensuring every data point and interaction is fully optimized, eliminating redundancy and driving meaningful outcomes.
As a Director of Product, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, innovation, and execution.
- Define and champion product initiatives, strategy, and the roadmap for Counterpart Assistant’s Clinical Interventions pillar.
- Work with pods and PMs to prioritize and manage the roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and company goals.
- Collaborate closely with data science, analytics, engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in machine learning and data science, consistently identifying new ways to optimize our use of data.
- Act as the subject matter expert and domain leader for funnels and optimization, understanding product metrics and continuously refining the user experience for different cohorts.
Success in this role looks like:
- Optimizing every funnel from the eligible data through effective outcome for clinical interventions.
- Leading a team of highly analytical and data driven product managers, improving every 1% of every interaction.
- Making data-driven decisions, advocating for more data where appropriate, yet not letting perfect be the enemy of good.
- Being a key member of the technology leadership team, driving initiatives and taking ownership of business outcomes.
- Driving Counterpart Assistant to become the market leader for value-based care solutions.

- You have 7+ years of experience in product management.
- You have 3+ years of product optimization experience, health experience is a plus.
- You have deep expertise in optimizing funnels and precision recall optimization challenges -- metrics and analytical thinking are your forte.
- You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $270,000. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
