An overview of this role

As Director of Product, Growth, you will drive our product-led growth strategy, leading initiatives across the full user journey from activation through long-term retention. You'll build and mentor a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to accelerate user growth and revenue through data-driven experimentation and strategic product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, focusing on key metrics across activation, conversion, adoption, and retention
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance on growth frameworks, methodologies, and product strategy
  • Drive improvements across the user journey, using data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives
  • Partner with Engineering and UX to build and optimize growth loops, user onboarding, and engagement features
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between product-led and GTM initiatives
  • Define and track key growth metrics, creating dashboards and reports to communicate progress to executive leadership
  • Build and maintain the growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with strategic long-term initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused specifically on growth
  • Proven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth through product-led initiatives
  • Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Track record of successful cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Experience at companies known for exceptional product-led growth
  • Experience with PLG with developer tooling products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS, and self managed products
  • Deep understanding of user psychology and behavioral design
  • Strong technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
  • Experience with growth modeling and quantitative analysis

This role reports directly to the VP of Product Monetization and will have significant visibility and impact on the company's overall success.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.

$189,200$300,800 USD
