Role Description

We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced Director of Brand Campaigns and Partnerships to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead our efforts to grow, implement, and manage our global creative campaigns and partnerships, including McLaren. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand creative, product, comms, sales, and growth to drive awareness of our products through brand and product storytelling. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex 360 campaigns and partnerships, leading a team of ICs and agencies to brings them to life to drive business impact. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage the campaign development process from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives to creative strategies to final deliverables
  • Drive impact through our tentpole partnership with McLaren through content, events, and co-marketing
  • Help execute the company’s global brand strategy across all channels to drive brand awareness, preference, and loyalty
  • Leverage analytics to measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of brand marketers and agency partners responsible for executing the creative campaigns and sponsorships
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform and refine the brand strategy
  • Work collaboratively with Brand Creative, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to integrate with our go-to-market strategies
  • Be a brand ambassador, reinforcing the brand values within the organization and the broader market
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and Creative Campaign as well as cross-functional partners to set company’s brand strategy, goals, and budgets

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand and/or marketing leadership roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent creative instincts and an ability to guide teams to create bold, cohesive campaigns that drive business impact, including stunts and experiences that drive press attention
  • Experience managing large-scale sports sponsorships, ideally in F1
  • A strong understanding of brand tracking and measurement methodology
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives and external partners.
  • Experience managing individual contributors and external agencies
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong budgeting, analytics, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • Experience working within a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies and managing complex brand marketing budgets
