The Opportunity  

We are seeking a Director to lead our consulting practice specializing in our Custom Client Analytics (CCA) solutions. As a strategic leader, you will drive the vision for how data transforms into actionable business strategies, leading a team of analysts and consultants while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for our CCA consulting practice, including service offerings, methodologies, and growth initiatives 
  • Lead a team of analysts and consultants, providing mentorship, training, and career development while fostering a culture of analytical excellence 
  • Oversee multiple high-value client engagements simultaneously, ensuring delivery excellence and deep strategic impact 
  • Partner with C-suite and senior marketing executives to identify business challenges and opportunities where advanced analytics can drive transformation 
  • Architect comprehensive analytical frameworks and measurement strategies that align with clients' business objectives 
  • Drive innovation in our analytical approaches, staying ahead of industry trends and evolving client needs 
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor on digital commerce strategy 
  • Lead the development of thought leadership content and point of view on emerging trends in retail media and analytics 

Who You Are: 

  • Experience in data analytics, consulting, or digital commerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role 
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing analytics teams 
  • Strategic vision and ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions 
  • Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decision makers 
  • Deep expertise in retail media, digital commerce strategies, and marketing analytics 
  • Strong foundation in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, attribution, and marketing mix optimization 
  • Experience managing P&L and driving business growth 
  • Advanced knowledge of data clean room environments and retail media platforms 
  • Expert understanding of SQL and data manipulation techniques 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital retail ecosystem and manufacturer/retailer dynamics 
  • Strong grasp of marketing technology stack and integration points 
  • Experience with enterprise-level analytics tools and visualization platforms 
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive organizational change 
  • Track record of innovation and thought leadership in the analytics space 

Flywheel Commerce Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

Salary Range

$110,000$150,000 USD

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

 

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
