We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Consultant to own and drive Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives while acting as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. This role emphasizes product ownership, user story management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous system optimization to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong business analysis skills, and ensures seamless coordination across teams.

What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Define and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals.

  • Own the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and actionable.

  • Drive discovery sessions to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

User Story Management

  • Manage Jira story workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication with development teams.

  • Validate story acceptance criteria and oversee progress reporting to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams, ensuring expectations are managed and goals are aligned.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, facilitate process mapping sessions, and translate insights into actionable technical solutions that drive project success and maintain alignment throughout the lifecycle.

  • Communicate effectively with executives, business users, and IT teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources as needed.

Quality Assurance (QA) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Oversee QA and UAT cycles, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.

  • Organize and lead feedback sessions, incorporating stakeholder input for iterative improvements.

Team Coordination

  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on priorities, deadlines, and resource allocation.

  • Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, driving efficient execution of Salesforce projects.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including configuration, integration, and customization.

  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhanced user experiences.

  • Drive ROI through improved Salesforce utilization, integration with other systems, and tailored solutions for business challenges.

Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring milestones are met and solutions align with organizational objectives.

  • Foster an Agile environment to enable iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications / What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in product ownership or business analysis, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and related tools.

  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver well-communicated, on-time projects.

  • Expertise in user story management, QA/UAT coordination, and Agile methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • 5+ years in Salesforce configuration, administration, and implementation; certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are a plus.

  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.

  • Experience with direct sales and channel partner models is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
