We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to support digital marketing efforts and the launch of a new paid media strategy. This role will engage in the development of paid media, organic digital efforts, website strategy and more while providing “Wow Them” service to clients and/or internal customers or co-workers.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to demonstrate strong digital and demand gen focused skills, lead by influence, and strong business/ financial acumen to drive the use of progressive digital marketing programs that will align the delivery business objectives and priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the marketing department leads and cross-functional leaders to understand the digital marketing needs of the business.
● Manage internal project coordination and act as the primary liaison with third-party digital agency focusing on organic search, SEO, paid search and paid social digital strategies.
● Develop and execute a performance-driven digital marketing strategy tailored to optimizing lead acquisition, conversion, and customer retention.
● Manage website UX & strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and personalization strategies to increase lead generation. Works in collaboration with internal design team and external consultants on website development and project management.
● Collaborate with our internal social media team to ensure alignment between all of our organic and paid social messaging.
● Team with the Regional marketing leads to help drive targeted paid media efforts to help expand emerging regions.
● Manage and collaborate with program owners on email marketing campaigns and newsletters related to specific programs, events, and other projects.
● Optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment across paid, organic, and owned channels.
● Track and report on digital marketing performance KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Experience:
● 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance optimization.
● Minimum of two (2) years search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and ad budget management experience
● Strong technical knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
● Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo.
● Data-driven mindset with deep experience using Google Analytics (GA4), attribution modeling, and performance reporting.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with regional/field marketing and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
● Expertise in managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across different markets, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
● A strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute when needed.

● Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
● Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
