BOLDTECH Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving digital strategy, marketing and communications initiatives for pharmaceutical clients. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing innovative digital strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, paid social media, paid search, and email marketing. With a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry, the ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, analytical acumen, and industry-specific knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Integrated Digital Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that
align with our client’s pharmaceutical marketing objectives.
• Conduct In-Depth Audience Research: Identify target demographics and develop tailored
messaging strategies within the pharmaceutical industry, considering specific regulatory
requirements, healthcare provider and patient needs.
• Manage and Optimize Targeted Social Media Campaigns: Leverage social media
platforms to engage with healthcare professionals and patients. Create compelling content,
build and manage advertising campaigns to drive awareness and generate conversions.
• Implement and Manage SEO Strategies: Optimize our website and content to improve
search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, analyze
competitor performance, and implement technical SEO best practices.
• Create and Manage Paid Search Campaigns: Develop and execute effective paid search
campaigns on relevant platforms. Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy,
and manage bids to optimize ROI.
• Develop and Execute Email Marketing Campaigns: Create targeted email campaigns to
nurture leads, drive conversions, and provide valuable information to healthcare
professionals and patients. Utilize data-driven insights to personalize content and optimize
campaign performance.
• Track, Analyze, and Report on Campaign Performance: Monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and
recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital trends,
technologies, and regulatory changes specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media, paid search, and email marketing principles.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines.
