Compensation Range:

Annual Salary: $50,790.00 - $68,570.00

Position Summary

 The Digital Marketing Analyst will provide data-driven insights and analysis to optimize marketing campaigns, platforms, and audience engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing automation, brand and direct response paid media, influencers, and SEO, this role will ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and advanced performance measurement across all channels. The analyst will collaborate with technical teams (e.g., Data, Engineering, and Architecture) to improve data visibility and assist in funnel performance modeling.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Lead Flow process through Website, data layer, LMS, and CRM
  • Leverage digital data to create insight on user behavior, user preference, effectiveness of owned content and other opportunities to better communicate and serve prospective students.
  • Executes pre-and-post marketing campaign analysis, spike and dip analysis and other analytics as necessary and determines the campaign Return-On-Investment (ROI).
  • Corroborates data integrity by ensuring website tracking is meticulous and complete; analyzing and reporting on website performance across different channels.
  • Creates Dashboards in Looker Studio to support Performance Marketing Team in Data Analysis initiatives
  • Incorporating and utilizing Enrollment Funnel data with website data through Big Query by working with Data, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
  • Maintain full funnel data pipeline to ensure marketing department has access to data
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Digital Marketing, or Web Analytics. 1-2+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
  • 1-2+ year experience with web analytics platforms (Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Omniture, Web Trends.)
  • 1-2+ year experience with business intelligence platforms (Tableau, DOMO, Birst, Microsoft Power BI).
  • Experience working at an agency is preferred.
  • Experience in higher education is a plus.
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, or email marketing is a plus.

Competencies/Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Ability to own all data aspects of a digital media campaign: developing key metrics, tagging, testing, reporting, and analysis
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics; Demonstrated ability to create reports from Google Analytics
  • Advanced use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Ability to maintain working relationships and be the main point of contact for all data and analytics related projects and inquiries for multiple affiliates.
  • Ability to get things done through existing production processes; help improve existing processes; identify need or new processes; improve efficiency.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to influence, build effective relationships and gain alignment with peers, functional partners and/or external partners to accomplish business objectives.
  • Accepts personal accountability, proactively seeks resolution for personal limitations head-on; and supports honesty and respect towards others, the company and oneself.
  • Ability to review in detail, tasks to identify errors or omissions and edit where necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness, including solid follow-up and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individual of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.  Strong problem solving, critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Work independently and foster a cooperative spirit within a large and/or small team of diverse cultures, while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and frequently changing priorities.

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.
