The expected salary range for this position is $67,900.00 - $84,870.00. Employees in specific high cost of labor locations in the United States (such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA) may qualify for a geographic differential. This intermediate analyst provides digital marketing insights by using tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to monitor channel performance, reporting and optimization efforts. The analyst contributes to efforts to bring a digital audience from general awareness to active advocacy on behalf of children in poverty using Compassion's diverse digital media channels.

What will you do?

Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritize child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.

Coordinate efforts to deliver best-in-class, omni-channel, digital marketing experiences, actively contributing to the long-term sustainability and enhancement of Compassion's brand and overall supporter experience.

Draw from audience segmentation, performance metrics, customer insights to coordinate the design, and delivery of targeted digital experiences, through collaborating with core business functions across technology, fundraising, analytics, experience design, and operations’ teams.

Leverage Google Analytics and Tableau to monitor channel performance, reporting, and optimization efforts, identifying key levers for improving digital marketing. Stay informed on trends in awareness, consideration and acquisition, as well as emerging best practices, technologies, and strategies to enhance digital engagement.

Collaborate with various internal teams on report development for new campaigns, content, and audience activation, in support of Compassion’s ministry goals across digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising.

Help others to understand digital marketing capability strategies, trends, and technologies needed for delivering best-in-class, omni-channel experiences, actively contributing to the long-term sustainability and enhancement of Compassion’s holistic digital experience.

May provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the Digital Marketing department.
What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Three years’ experience working in digital marketing analytics.

Experience in analyzing advertising data across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels.

Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or comparable tools.
Travel: May be required to travel up to 10% of normal schedule.
Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above.
