Salary Range:

Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Development Manager - Marketing with a strong background in web technologies on the .NET platform, combined with proficiency in React and the Adobe tools stack. This role focuses on architecting, developing, and integrating web-based marketing solutions while ensuring their alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies to support evolving marketing needs.

Platform Development & Integration:

  • Lead the development and customization of marketing platforms using .NET and React technologies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Adobe tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign) with other platforms.
  • Manage APIs and third-party integrations to create a unified marketing ecosystem.

Project Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of marketing technology projects, from requirements gathering to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product teams, to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Data & Analytics:

  • Leverage Adobe Analytics and other tools to capture, analyze, and report on customer interactions and campaign performance.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making by enabling insights through integrated analytics platforms.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Guide a team of developers, marketers, and analysts to deliver high-quality marketing technology solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Operational Excellence:

  • Establish best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance of marketing technology systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all marketing technology activities.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor the performance of marketing technologies and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on using marketing technology tools effectively.

Technical Expertise:

  • Backend Technologies: ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ.
  • Frontend Technologies: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Integration: Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and middleware for system interoperability.
  • DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git
  • Database Management: SQL Server, Mongo DB, or other NoSQL databases.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology management or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, React, and Adobe tools stack (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in .NET and React development frameworks.
  • Expertise in managing and integrating Adobe tools stack within a marketing environment.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, and third-party tool integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
