Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a rotational OCONUS Product Support Manager 1 based in Edwards, CA.

You will have direct supervisory or management responsibilities for more than one integrated support element, including systems analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance or modifications, support equipment and facilities.

You will be responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs). Responsibilities include: cost, schedule, and technical performance of a specific unit or work package on a life cycle support type contract or broad responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a delivery order or small technical services-type contract.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and fourteen 14 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate technical discipline and 10 years of specialized experience; or Master's Degree and 8 years of specialized experience.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
  • Accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 180 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements.
  • Meet medical requirements and vaccinations for worldwide travel.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, weekends and support on-call status when necessary.
  • Ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission is a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military Aviation Operational flight line and test supervisory experience.
  • Aviation and Aerospace Industry Operational supervisory experience.
  • An excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, database software, and related development tools required.

Salary Range: $104,600.00 - $156,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date. However, this timeline may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
