About You:

  • You are a collaborative individual contributor who thrives in teamwork, partnering closely with marketing, sales, and the SDR team to launch campaigns.

  • You are capable of managing multiple campaigns across various channels simultaneously.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that leverage both inbound and outbound strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage campaign budgets and maintain a calendar to track activities and progress.
  • Work alongside marketing analytics, data science, and sales operations to create dashboards and KPI reports that evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party media partners to enhance brand visibility and top-of-funnel engagement.
  • Partner with marketing ops team to develop targeted email campaigns that guide audiences through a tailored buying journeys.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to identify key use cases or segments within the market that can inform campaign strategies.
  • Work with the creative team to produce timely, relevant content tailored to different stages of the customer journey.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing campaigns and budgets effectively.
  • A background in Fintech or B2B industries
  • Proven track record in running multichannel campaigns across the customer journey, from brand awareness to customer advocacy.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound acquisition channels, including paid social, search, email, outbound, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo as your CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a comfort in making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in targeted ABM campaigns using tools like Triblio, DemandBase, or Terminus.
  • Familiarity with distributed teams and managing relationships with external agencies.
  • Experience with collaboration tools and a solid understanding of workplace dynamics.
