About the Role:

As a Data Warehouse Analyst with a focus on Data Quality, Analytics Governance, and Security, you will conduct and design complex analysis to identify, document, and remediate data quality risks or control gaps in Enterprise Data Warehouse applications and partnering ecosystems. You will help educate, influence, and work with technology and business partners to implement necessary data controls and best practices related to identified risks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with application, data analytics and business teams to drive data quality, compliance, and governance initiatives, ensuring that data is managed as a strategic asset across the platforms.

  • Design and develop a framework for Enterprise Metrics Data standardization and governance, access controls, data maps, and standard definitions for governance across a variety of cross-functional systems and processes to improve services.

  • Facilitate and socialize data change management initiatives with stakeholders.

  • Develop multiple complex SQL queries and views to standardize DQ Score card for enterprise metrics and role based access controls and (pulling from complex, multiple data sources, synthesizing and formatting to prepare for distribution to stakeholders).

What You’ll Need:

  • 6+ years' experience or related experience in data management, data governance or consulting with a proven record of high performance, preferably with experience building data and analytics products

  • Proven experience in a Data Governance role to define and implement data quality processes, allowing optimal and secure use of data with compliance rules, privacy policies and security in mind.

  • Experience in defining MDM capabilities, Data Modeling, Hierarchies, Process facilitation, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of data management frameworks, security policies (role based access controls), and compliance standards to protect our data analytics assets and support our business objectives.

  • Strong business intuition and the technical ability to understand, design, and explain complex product and datasets to both business and technical audiences.

  • Expert level proficiency with SQL , Data Models and data/BI platform applications such as Snowflake and Tableau. Expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working for a SaaS security company and building SaaS metric governance framework is preferred.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
